How often will I get charged for the package that I select?

Our customers are charged once a month for any package they select until they cancel.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most pre-paid forms of payment including PayPal and any of the major credit cards?

What if my child misses a class because of illness?

Students are allowed to make up their sesssions within the month. We will work with the students and their tutors to schedule these make-up sessions.

Can I purchase just a homework assistance package?

You can purchase a homework assistance only packages for the number of homework assigments you would like to have reviewed during the month.

How does the homework assistance program work?

The homework assistance program allows students to submit homework for review after they have independently completed the homework assignment. A tutor will review the homework assignment and provide feedback and access to learning materials that will help the student address any areas of need. We DO NOT complete homework assignments for students.
